Elizabeth S. Holder graduated from Vermont Law School, South Royalton, Vermont in 2006 after spending her first year of legal education at the University of Richmond School of Law. She is a 2003 graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, holding a degree in Religion with a minor in Philosophy. She was a member of the Dartmouth Women’s Varsity Golf Team as well as a member of Sigma Delta (Kappa) sorority. Elizabeth has had legal clerkship experience in both large and small firms and in the non-profit sector. Elizabeth’s practice is concentrated in civil litigation in the areas of wrongful death and personal injuries, including those resulting from medical negligence. She is also involved in class action litigation and has experience in family law as well as environmental law.
Ms. Holder has devoted a considerable amount of time to pro bono activities, including working for Have Justice-Will Travel, Inc., a non profit law firm who provides free legal services for victims of domestic violence in rural areas of the country as well as working with the White Earth Indian Reservation in Minnesota.
